Majin is someone who is conceived as the perfect, omnipotent, omniscient originator and ruler of the universe. While being perfect is an unattainable goal, it’s worth striving for. That’s what this is all about. What makes it so fun is that each persons journey to Majin is unique to them – we all have our own strengths, quirky skills, and personal attributes to bring to the table.
That’s what makes us TEAM Majin.
So, what does your Majin look like? Mine looks like active progression. Maybe not having it all together, but knowing the right ingredients and tweaking along the way to make the best recipe. Working to find the balance between mindfulness, nutrition, body movement, and most importantly, FUN.
I’ve been a 3 sport athlete my whole life, but of course after college the lack of movement caught up to me. I gained 30lbs (which likely all consisted of cheese balls haha), I watched and felt my body deteriorate in terms of my energy levels, physical capabilities, my immune system functioning properly, etc. In addition to what I already experienced for myself, I’ve watched people I love not maintain their health for years and have seen what repercussions that invites. NO THANK YOU! Not for me. My invitations are closed. I would rather struggle in discipline, struggle in the gym, and struggle with food vs. struggling with myself. So once it was clear, it was extremely clear.
I had no choice but to re-shaped my relationship with fitness and health.
This is about longevity. It’s about feeling our best selves, so we can be our best selves. It’s recognizing your bad habits and doing something about it. I’m here to share the ups and downs, the fun and the not-so-fun, of what it takes to not only change your mindset, but MAINTAIN your mindset. I’m here to find creative ways to make a healthy lifestyle enjoyable so you don’t feel restricted. I’m here to find our Majin.

Yo yo, what’s up people?! First and foremost, I want to thank you for your love and support for Majin! But this is about me now, so listen up… well, read up!
I have been a part of the fitness community for 9 years, which dates all the way back to 2014 when I joined the Marine Corps. Within this time I was able to develop my knowledge as a coach, personal trainer, and body building competitor.
I love fitness in general and how it has helped me throughout my life. So much so that I believe it is my mission to bridge the gap between misconceptions in the industry and shed some light on the NUMEROUS reasons on why and how fitness can change your life. Not just physically, but most importantly MENTALLY!
